Developed for the World Bank in collaboration with the Fijian Government for COP23, the
UN Climate Change Conference held in Bonn. As the first small island nation to hold the presidency, Fiji's climate story carried particular weight that year.

The brief began with an overarching brand identity, Our Home, Our People, from which a full design system was developed across every output of the project. The visual identity was built around the concept of vanua: the deep Fijian understanding of home as land, culture and identity bound together.

The work involved taking that emotional and cultural weight and giving it a visual system. One that could hold its integrity across a global platform and extend the work beyond the screen.

The work reached policymakers, international audiences and communities, contributing to broader conversations around climate action and adaptation in the Pacific.
