In 2015, I co-founded and directed Photobook Melbourne alongside Daniel Boetker-Smith, building what began as an idea into an international festival for photography.

The festival was shaped and delivered end to end: artist programming, exhibition design and installation, communications, partnerships, sponsorship and day-to-day operations. The program brought together exhibitions, workshops, talks, book launches, studio visits and book fairs, and included the Paris Photo–Aperture Foundation Photobook Awards exhibition, placing the festival within an international context.

A platform for artists, publishers, collectors and audiences to share work, exchange ideas and connect. Over 10 days, more than 7,000 visitors came through the doors.
